We are an International Group of Artists who create wearable art by using the felting techniques, mainly wet felting and nuno-felting.
The main goal of our team is to promote our members work and to share our knowledge of techniques, ideas and inspirations.
Thanks for posting about the exhibition, shame about not taking pictures though. I usually get caught in exhibitions stroking the sculptures! I loved the Met picture what was the 3rd photo down? That looked stunning!
I'm afraid I didn't take down any info on that painting -- all I know is that it is very old, and it was done in tiles -- it is one of the most amazing things I have ever seen in my life!!! :D

Hi! 'm working with the Dutch Consulate in NY and part of the NY400 team celebrating 400 years of friendship between the Netherlands and the US (since Henry Hudson's arrival to NY) We loved the exhibit Fashioning Felt and wrote about it on our website, especially Claudy Jongstra's contribution. check out our website: www.ny400.org/features_article.php?id=34 This week we're starting a blog about visits to events and exhibits and would love to include a positive experience from one of the visitors. In particular we're interested in people who liked the works of the participating Dutch designers.... Anybody who can help us? Thanks so much!!! Marjan (contact@ny400.org)
